This is one of my favorite hairstyles and its simple to do. You just start a french braid at the base of your neck and keep braiding until you get to the top of you head. Then you wrap a little rubber band around the braid, add the rest of your hair and make a regular top knot using any method you would like.
I really like this style because the back is a little bit of a surprise. It also keeps hair from falling out of your top knot.
This is a font view, very simple. Oh, why am I in two different outfits here? Because I can't get a good picture of the back of my head. I would ask someone for help, but no one is home. So this old picture will do. The only difference is today I used a dutch braid (or reversed french braid) instead of a plain french braid.
