Copycat Outfit!

So I found this awesome link-up that's hosted by Carly and Mary called the Copycat linkup. You take an outfit from Pinterest or a magazine and use it as inspiration to make your own outfit out of clothes you already have. I absolutely love this idea. 

At first I was trying to find inspiration on pinterest and I couldn't  find anything until I saw a pin of something on Gossip Girl. And then I knew where I would find inspiration. Gossip Girl has some of the best fashion on TV.

Excuse the crummy selfies and mirror pics. I just found this link up today and no one was home to take pictures for me!! Haha. 

I really love this outfit but I wish I had some of my jewelry unpacked to accessorize with. But I do love the headband. I bought it at forever 21 two years ago and have never worn it until today! 

I wasn't very daring this time and this looks like an outfit I would wear everyday. Next time I think I'm going to step outside the box a little and try something different. 

So what do you think? Did I successfully copied the outfit, or am I missing something?
